The invasion of Ukraine by Russia began on February 24, 2022. Artur Hiraoka, a member of our board of directors, was born in the Crimean Peninsula of Ukraine, and he personally started to support Ukrainian refugees in Japan. He has lived with evacuees from Ukraine, shared their problems and sufferings, and provided support for living, working, and language learning.

Those who felt sympathy for these activities joined forces to establish B.P. Solutions, a general incorporated association, to provide support not only for living, working, and language learning of Ukrainians who have fled to Japan, but also for mental care of the refugees.

B.P. Solutions is a general incorporated association established to serve as a bridge between the evacuees and Japanese people.

We support evacuees from Ukraine in cooperation with government agencies, local authorities, and other non-profit organizations.

We are strongly committed to the future of the people and children who are suffering.
